Tax Manager (CPA) | Webster Groves, MO

We're currently partnered with a growing and highly regarded CPA firm in the Webster Groves area that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts
• Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and managing relationships
• Overseeing engagements from start to finish with a high level of ownership
• Mentoring and developing junior staff
• Collaborating across tax, consulting, and advisory services as needed

What they're looking for:

• CPA required (EA considered in some cases)
• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with individual, business, and trust taxation
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently
• Experience with QuickBooks; UltraTax is a plus

Compensation:

$110,000 – $140,000 base + bonus and performance-driven upside
